Termination of govt employee on the basis of medical fitness

Can a public sector bank terminate a physically disabled permanent employee having disability less than 40%.As the rpwd act 2016 section 20 says no govt employee shall be dispensed with if it acquires disability during working.kindly guide whether disability greater than 40% is required for this to be applicable.

A.No Public Sector Body has the authority to terminate a physically disabled employee from his job... he may be transferred to any other suitable designation with same salary and benefits...

Government employee can not be terminated on the basis of disability and if disability is causing any obstructions in the work then post can be changed not the rank he/she will get same salaries and benefits.
