Simplilearn refund issue

Hi , i have taken a course from simplilearn for 120000 in loan with the promise of getting live virtual classes from the company but i dint get half of the classes as live virtual class so i raised complaint saying they dint fulfill lot of other things they mentioned in the brochure too ...and asked to refund me half of the amount as i am unwilling to pay the money for something fraudulent. Their counselor have assured me of giving live classes and all for which i have proof as whatsapp chat . But still they are denying the refund saying their refund agreement is signed by me and it's said as 7 days but they dint start their syllabus untill 14 days of assignment the batch how will anyone supposed to know if their quality is good or not and how will I know that if they will give me live class or not. Only after 3 months out of 6 months class i knew they were not fulfilling the promise.even the 6 months they dint give complete online classes . Only 3 months they conducted the class. I am seeking advice on how can I move forward. I sent a legal notice already for which they said that i knew all this before hand and signed the agreement . But i dint as their counsellor assured about it . I dint know that they will go back on their words. Please advice me on how shall I go forward.
You can send them a mail asking for refunds. If they do not respond you can send them a legal notice.
If nothing works you can file a case in the consumer court.

You can file an application at consumer protection forum in this case and attach all the evidence it would be better if you take help of an Advocate for the framework of formal compliant.
