About the account money of my late father
5 years ago
There are 8 legal hier for my father's property.
How can i get my share from my father's account in bank. Others are not willing to take cash from the bank. Please help.
A.Dear Client,
All the legal heirs are entitled to get property(movable and immovable).Similarly, all the legal heirs are entitled to get equal share from the Bank where your Father had kept the money. This can be done two ways.1. The Nominee can withdraw the money and distribute or any one legal heir can also suggest to the bank to distribute the money among all the legal heirs. Now the next question, if other legal heirs are not interested to take cash, give the money to them either through Cheque/Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft/NEFT transfer etc. There is no problem with regard to mode of transfer.
