During 107 trial persons are threatening

Few months before some persons threatened me and beaten me also used abusive language. Police proceeded 107 in the court of SDM which is pending against opposite party only. Now they are threatening to withdraw the case otherwise they will kill my entire family. My next date is in october last in the court of sdm. What can I do?

Bring this before the Appropriate Authorities and ask for Protection.
If you are confidant,happy and satisfied then no need to withdraw the case.
If you feel you have no other alternative except to withdraw then go ahead.The choice is yours.

A.Dear Client Lodge a second written FIR and also produce its copy in SDM court. If police does not take any action then File a complaint case in court under sec 294 , 506B IPC. U cand produce any two witness to prove that they r threatening u.
