Wife &Husband entered into 13-B on 29-03-18.wife was absent on 2nd motion date 15-10-18.Next date is 8-12-18.if wife will be absent again & again then 1. 'How long can a unsaturated 13-B agreement persist.' in case of non appearance does the fmly court has duo Moto power of awarding divorce decree .
2.13-B is pending in Lko family court .During pendency of it whether the aggrieved husband can file single sided application for divorce in Barabanki Fmly court.

A.Dear Client,
When you have filed for Divorce under 13 B( Divorce by mutual consent) you should have patience.The work should have been completed within 6 months. Since it has not been done there might be some reasons.Actually it varies from Court to Court and depends on the volume of work and so many other factors.
Secondly, while case is pending you can not go the another for the same reason.
Please do ask your Advocate to do it fast.
You can also talk to the Judge.There is neither any problem nor any bar.Let him/her understand the situation better.
