1. Recently I entered a sale agreement on purchasing a site with the absolute owner.
2. Due to some emergency he has gone abroad, thinking that it would take the time he has given the GPA to his mother registered one only.
3. Now he is back and ready for registration.
4. Is it okay to go for registration with the absolute owner along with the consenting signature with the GPA holder?

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, it is okay and in the meanwhile after registration get the copy of General Power of Attorney in original and ask the original owner to cancel it by issuing paper publication and in the registration office if it is registered.
