I am 25 yrs old Girl, My Brother thrashes me out since many years for any reason big/small. . One month back I filed thrasing case in local police station. Police didnt took any action referring to Arnesh Kumar guideline. he was given enough time to procure bail which he got from district court. Now my entry to house is not allowed , mother is mute spectator, father passed way 12 yrs back.

Now i dont have house or any income to survive , currently living with my sister. I want to know what can be done to stay inside my house on immediate basis plus some maintenance amount for food etc.

A.Dear Client
Arnesh Kumar guideline is good at its place and that is related to the 498A case when a woman is abused by the husband and his relatives. In your case you should file a case of domestic violence with the local police and if the police is not taking your case then you can meet the protection officer of your area.
