Hi,
What is the difference between Will and gift deed. pl describe the whole process about both conditions. do we need to registered it. Please help.

Gift is the good option because in will after the death it came to force. Gift is having immediate effect.

registered Gift deed is the better option. Because, after the death of Testator will can be executed and there is lengthy procedure of Probate etc., and the Will may be challenged on many grounds. WHEREAS, during the life time of executor of Gift, transfer of property will be taken place.
