I have index II in which there are two names mentioned as owners of the flat.
First is my father-in-law - who expired and second is my husband name.
So if the father in law is expired they and the chairman, secretary is aware of that yet they are giving the maintenance receipt on my father-in-law name inspite of joint agreement and also on share certificate my husband name is there. The chairman is arguing with us.
Pls let me know how the Process is.

A.Dear Client,
It is simple.
Get the death Certificate from the Competent Authorities and Change the Ownership through transfer .Since your husband's is already there there will not be any problem.
Please do it fast.

A.Get a surviving members certificate and transfer the property in your husband's name.
