My grandfather had purchased a land in the name of his son namely Siddaraju, now Madhu who is a brother of Siddaraju has lodged case for sharing in that land. What may be decree of the case?.

A.Dear Client,
Legally speaking Siddaraju is the legal owner of the land and must be having ROR in in his name and aslo might be paying Rent/Tax on the land.
