If a person is charged with 100 cases of offence upto 5 years .He will be jailed to 100×5 =500 years or aggregate punishment can't exceed 14 years. He will be granted bail in all 100 cases since all offences are less than 7 years ? Whether he will be eligible for parole or not?

He will not be sentenced for 500 years it sound unrealistic though. He will get aggregate punishment in total for exan if he has committed offence of maximum 7 years punishment then he may get punishment till 7 years.
Hope it helps
