discrimination at work place

i joined my company as a sales manager but soon they moved me to non sales profile without issuing any document of the transfer, then after 7 months they moved me to relationship management, but just after 2 months they moved me again to sales team along with other co workers, but just after two weeks they brought back some of the coworkers to the relationship management meanwhile left me to do sales in heavily pressured environment, they did not have any discussion with me while or before moving to different departments and profile, they didnt give any reasoning on why some of the employees were moved and not me, they dont reveal the parameter they used to determine the skill and expertise of individual before moving. all these toxic environment and pressure got to me and i resigned on the basis of discrimination affecting my mental health, requesting to allow same day resignation without serving notice period of one month but the HR is now threatening me to take legal action against me for not serving notice period. do i have any legal option?
While there is no straight cut legal option for this, you can always look into the company's policy and see if you can take an action there.
