I am working as trainee on third party payroll in one company I have not received any offer letter and appointment letter hard copy and I have not signed any documents then I have resigned from company and I am not serve any notice period so company hold my salary then what should I do?

A.Dear Client,
You can talk to the management of the company first and if not then you can file case with the NCLT.
