Black mail and extortion

I have physical relationship with a girl from 2017. From 2018 our relation began to worsen due to her doubt and anger, then she started damaging my career, harass me mentally and physically and started to take money from me. Till today I gave her nearly 1 lakh and she is asking for more and more. She also slapped me in public place and now giving threat to assult publically. I know she can file rape charge against me but i cannot tolerate it mentally so I am going to filled and FIR against her. Under which section should I filled FIR?? If I filled first FIR, can it help me t get Bail against her FIR. I cannot decide what to do , please help me sir/madam. I just CANNOT take the mental pressure.
