Notice for appearance under section 20(2) legal service authority act 1987

I have credit card outstanding Rs. 1Lac 12 thousand which I am unable to pay due to job loss, bank approached for settelment to 70 thousand, which also I couldn't pay. I am finding very difficult to meet even day to day basic expenses. I have 2 infants.
Now I got notice from district legal services authorities to. Appear on 11Feb 23
Please suggest what to do?
