Sir I am from hyderabad. I wish to change my college and my transfer certificate is with the present college . They are asking the fees of remaining years inorder to give it to me it costs me around 100000 . Please help me with your knowledge. My entire furuture is dependent on this

A.Dear Client better complete the course from the present college.
Dear client college authorities r right , u will have to pay and clear all the dues of present college only after that college will give u transfer certificate that is no dues certificate is must for getting TC.

A.Dear Client,
Talk to the Chief Administrator and Dean Students Welfare. They might be in a position to help you as per the provisions of the College.Please look at the problem from a different angle. For the time being you assume the role of the Authorities of the College and the other person is student.How do you get another student in the mid academic session?Although you have not mentioned the type of institution I presume it might be a professional institution.
So, better settle amicably. or look for the circulars of the State Government controlling the educational institution.
