bitten a resident and scaring other residents in our resident welfare Association gated community of 135 flats in the OMR in Kottivakkam Chennai... we would like to know how RWA can draft a policy by the resident welfare association to ensure the safety of all residents. what action RWA can take on Owners who let the flat on rent with pets are causing such problem, even some of the owners are also having pets.. and also we need a update on what law says about protecting the interest on the safety of children and other residents inside the community because of the pets in common place creating a fear and risk for residents.
