My street is a small street and there is a cow which comes 3 times a day to eat the food which my neighbour is keeping for it..this is very troublesome since the cow is blocking the way and also making the place very dirty..kids are not safe with this.... Can I file a complaint in local police station

A.Dear client, you have to complaint to municipal or panchayat authorities to move away the cow from your area.

A.Dear Client

You can not file a complaint in the local police station as there is no crime as such. what you can do is to request your neighbour to keep the food somewhere else so that no body is disturbed.
If the neighbour is not listening then you can raise a complaint to the local municipality.
