i got a house in my name and husband name, with housing loan in both of the name , but from day 1 i m paying the emi and part payment, now he moved me out of the same i have applied for maintanence and DV , still i m paying the emi. how much changes to get back the home in my name, ihave a boy kid 4yrs, case is happening in TN, but the property is in telengana
