Business Issue with Partners

Me and my 2 friends started a business (Chicken Shop) on March 2022 with capital of 1,50,000 Rs each. It was decided that one guy will be permanently there in shop and other 2 continue working as accountant and in IT and to see will business in their off times. After about 3-4 months, We working guys came to know that the guy in the shop is cheating, and so we told we are quitting from the business. But that guy now is not ready to give us our capital amount back. We didn't even take a single rupee profit from the business. Please advise what can be done?

You must have registered Partnership Deed and the clauses therein must be very clear about the termination, sharing of profits, investments and interest thereon. Then only you can go to the Court and claim your individual rights.
