A.Dear Client,
Order 21 Rule 4 of CPC confers the right on the parties to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of a deceased person party.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to get filed relevant application under following provision of law.
================================================================
It is Order 21 Rule 4 of CPC which confers right on the parties to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of a deceased person party. If the right to sue does not survive, the suit shall come to an end and shall abate.

Thanks a lot Sir,
However I wanted to know the process.
Do i need to file an affidavit alongwith the application or just an affidavit.
Also I wanted to know the contents that should be mentioned in the application
