REDEVELOPMENT OF CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY
Sir, we have opted three-four proposals for redevelopment of our co-operative housing society situated at Dombivli (East), Dist : Thane, Maharashtra State. We had several discussions with all developers. However, we had almost finalized one of them but not officially given any communication to him but now wanted to change the developer. We understand that the earlier developer is likely planning to bring the stay on redevelopment construction work if we go to any other alternate developer. pls let us know can the developer take a legal action of this kind.
A.Dear Clients,
You had not signed any contract with the previous developer then he can't get the stay order on it. If there is no contract between you and him he cannot take legal action.
Hope, it is helpful
