Hello Sir,

A.Dear Client
In the case you have described, your maternal grandfather's cousin brother's son's daughter would be your third cousin, as you share a common great-grandparent. According to the Hindu Marriage Act, marriages between relatives up to the third degree of sapinda relationship are prohibited.

Therefore, a marriage between you and your maternal grandfather's cousin brother's son's daughter would not be considered legal under the Hindu Marriage Act, as it falls within the prohibited degree of relationship.

It is important to note that the prohibition on marriage within the prohibited degrees of sapinda relationship is a legal requirement, and not just a matter of family tradition or preference. If such a marriage is performed, it could be challenged in court and could be declared null and void.

It is advisable to consult with a legal expert for further advice on this matter.
Thank You
