Hello sir/ma'am.
My girlfriend cheated on me... And she's not returning my money. I've proof of every penny i spent on her . She was agreed to return my money but now she's not returning after multiple reminders. So finally I'm issuing a legal notice against her and imposing an interest of 12% per day from the date of issuence of notice till the date of repayment and a penalty of 2000 Rs as personal loss on account of dishonesty. Are these all are ok or need to edit... Specially the interest .. valid or not?

A.Hello Sir,
The maximum rate of intrest you can charge is for loans less than $500,000 the limit is 18% and for loans greater than $500,000 is 25%. So think according to this and do the necessary changes to not get into some trouble.
