An owner is having a 3 storeyed house. He has made a 3bhk in his 2nd floor. He want to sell the 2nd floor and I am quite interested to buy. Can I buy? Is it legal? How can he transfer the ownership of 2nd floor in my name? What to do? Can I get house loan to buy this 2nd floor 3bhk.

A.Hello Sir,
Yes you can buy the floor until and unless the seller must be the solely owner of the house. The seller can't sell the undivided shares of property without the permission of others.
