Is it possible to made the section 107 by SDM after Civil jaudgement yet we know a Civil Jude is Much more powerful than a Excutive Megistrate.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to challenge before Sessions Court by way of revision against the orders passed by SDM.

A.Hi client,

Yes an SDM can issue the same.
In India, an assistant collector cum sub divisional magistrate has several executive magisterial roles to play under Criminal Procedure Code 1973.

A.Hello Sir,
This section 107 of CrPC authorises a Magistrate, in case of emergency when breach of peace is imminent, to order the accused person to agree to a bond which asks him to maintain peace for the prescribed period of time as the Judge thinks would fit .
