Not a Member of Housing Society
I bought my flat and did an apartment deed with the builder.
Later some members joined and with 51/% rule they had registered the housing society.
Key People who had registered the Society become Society office bearers.
Initially they were not allowing the remaining 49% residents for AGM, since they had not supported society formation process and slowly slowly some residents joined them and became members of the housing society.
I am the one part of 49% and still not join society, because in initial AGM meetings, in which, we were not allowed, they passed resolution for all members
- to pay society formation legal charges.
- since they are fighting with builder, so all residents should pay further charges spent on legal work.
I have denied to pay and they have not given society membership to me.
Now the team is moving for deemed convince deed.. what will happen with us?
I am not having issues with joining society but don't want to pay some amount which was not discussed with me .

You may choose whatever you like and whenever there is any unlawful hindrance for your enjoyment of basic necessities like water, sewage and electricity then approach the Civil Court and get a stay order against them.
As the charges or other things are not get discussed with you then you can deny to pay the charges to them. You can ask them to tell you about everything.
