Corporate bc company illegally misappropriation and inhabited agent money

I am retail banking business correspondent agent provide apes through third party aeps api company . The third party company my all wallet balance illegally inhabiting and misappropriation my money . The third party bc company not giving permission for settlement wallet balance from wallet to my bank account . I have many complaint launched to this company but company is not responding on complaint query . Now how to take legal action against company . I think this company currently in fatal insolvency . The company many app launched and many CSP persion illegally inhabited .
