Landlord has suppressed facts of property in eviction case since 6 yrs and when opponent found, he is telling I have sold the property the tax still bears his name. The suit is ongoing .

A.dear client kindly file a Case for perjury which has been defined in Section 191 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 as a false declaration made during a judicial proceeding or under any other legal obligation.
