Unable to pay emi & credit card bill

Hi sir/Madam,
My father took loan loans in village, due to more rate of interest the loan amount has been increased timely, so that i took personal from bank & online apps , from starting have paid emi on time but presently i dont have job or any income. i dont know next what to do, im only son of my father & im married i have 2 child. my financial condition is not good, im unable to pay me rent also. please guid or suggest me what i should do. im feeling like everything is over. bank peple are sending notice & collections agents are calling dealy. please help me [email protected]

You can declare yourself insolvent but it will also having effects according to the bank procedure. It can also bbe resultingas imprisonmentof yours for short period. You can ask for some time from the bank for your job and returning of your loans. You can also ask the bank to reduce your loan amount so that you can pay it.
