Gratuity asking for long to my employer

I have been asking for long to my employer to process my gratuity amount with submission n of all required documents but still the same is awaited
A.Hello Sir,
The employer must pay the entitled gratuity within 30 days after the officer directs the company to do so. If they fail to do so then you can take legal action against them.
