Experience/Relieving letter Experience/Relieving letter

I had signed a bond with my company for 2 years in which it is mentioned that if I leave the company before 2 years, I will have to pay 1 lakh rupees and company may reserve the right to hold my experience letter. Is it legal for company to hold my experience letter? How can I get the experience letter from them?

A.Hello Sir,
Since you are breaching the contract, you have to pay the amount of it. They can hold your experience letter until you paid them the amount.

Hi sir,

I am ready to pay the amount but now they are saying that they don’t want the amount but they will hold the experience letter. What can be done in this case?
