A.Hello Sir,
You don't have to be demotivated about it. Explain your father that you are also interested in hairs products business and you are willing to contrivpbute in it. If he is not understanding it, then you can start the new business of it by completely all the legal procedures of it and try to improve it by giving your efforts. If want to start the business from the property of your father you can ask for shares in the property.Claim for the undivided property. Being a coparecener it's your right.

Thank you sir for replying me
Need some clarification reg buisness
1. We have buisness as my father manufactures some herbal products. I showed interest initially but father always overshadowed and lack of funds and domination of brother made my dreams of corporate style smashed. Now entered my younger sister and she first cracked a contract from Dubai as they were in UK and independent with finances, and as marketing team they took products from us (manufacturers), and I was sidelined in my team as only packing and delivering and looked and treated in lowly manner and slowly my sister came to india to stay with us she has a special child because of lack of care and into buisness in uk. She again created issues in my family like me giving time to manufacturing, created differences between my wife and my brother wife and they formed a group with my brother, mother and father and targeted me as I resisted to thier pressure as I was a doctor also and have to give time to my profession, but whatever work was there I worked very hard and no loss was created. My father never supported me much but still I have hopes he will help me and he did sometimes on /off.They even sold in UK and india also, and completely sidelined me later on it went into issues and got stopped. They had thier own company to trade. Now my sister are staying in my mothers flat, husband works in middle east come once a while and go for past 8 yrs bcz of backup of special childs support. Now without us brothers knowing, telling father after they launched the product, they manufactured a herbal shampoo claiming thier own with name of our laboratory and saying its not yours and when asked no proof is given, and they can do what they want. I think they have given some money to my father and father is supporting them and my brother in law asked to show me your father labs is yours on paper as my father not given in writing only verbal told its sons in future. My father always have vengeance with sons saying he was not given due care , actually its not so. even we satisfy him still he will point out some issues and make life hell and degrading. I had a fight for same thing told my brother in law to take his wife to middle east along with him but refused and not go from our parents house with support of my sister, parents and special child and also not stopped current buisness, but no outcome. She is claiming share in property along with mothers flat , independent building and some land. With all this I am isolated from family, My mother partially supporting me that I am being mistreated by my brother in law.
Now with all this things and health getting affected how should I proceed from here.
