A.In Hinduism, marriage is considered a sacred union between two individuals, and there are certain rules and regulations that need to be followed. One such rule is the concept of "gotra," which refers to the lineage or clan of a person. It is believed that individuals belonging to the same gotra are considered to be siblings and therefore cannot marry each other.

However, since you have mentioned that you do not have any blood relation with the girl in question, it is important to determine if you both belong to the same gotra. If you do not belong to the same gotra, then you may be able to marry her as per Hindu tradition.

However, it is also important to keep in mind that there may be legal or cultural restrictions in your country or community regarding marriage between step-siblings, even if they are not related by blood. Therefore, it is recommended that you consult with a legal or religious expert to ensure that your marriage would be considered valid in your region and community.
