A.Yes, sure. Here are the general guidelines for carrying pets on Indian trains:

Reservation: You must make a reservation for your pet along with your own reservation. You will need to book an additional berth or seat, depending on the class of travel.

Crate: You must carry a crate or cage to transport your pet. The crate must be sturdy and well-ventilated, and it should be big enough for your pet to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably. The maximum size allowed is 90cm x 60cm x 60cm.

Health certificate: You must carry a health certificate for your pet, issued by a registered veterinary doctor. The certificate should state that your pet is fit to travel, free from contagious diseases, and vaccinated against rabies.

Feeding and watering: You must carry enough food and water for your pet during the journey. You can also request the train staff to provide food and water at designated stops.

Check-in and collection: You must check-in your pet at the luggage office of the station at least an hour before the train's departure time. You will need to collect your pet from the same office at the destination station.
thank you

A.Dear Sir,
There is a provision to take your dog in railway not in the passengers cabin but you must take necessary ticket and put it in a special cabin which is provided with every passengers train.
