A.If your SBI credit card has been used fraudulently multiple times consecutively in Flipkart without your authorization, you should immediately contact the SBI customer care and raise a dispute for the transactions. You should also provide details of the fraudulent transactions and lodge a complaint with the nearest police station or cybercrime cell, as well as with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

You can also try to escalate the issue with the bank's higher authorities or file a complaint with the banking ombudsman. Keep all the relevant documents and evidence such as emails, transaction receipts, and police complaints handy.

If SBI customer care is saying that the dispute is not in your favour, you can ask them for the reasons behind their decision and seek clarification. You can also approach the consumer forum and file a complaint against the bank if you are not satisfied with their response.

It is important to act quickly and follow up regularly to ensure that the fraudulent transactions are reversed and that you are not held liable for them.
THANK YOU

A.Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

1. Keep all relevant documentation: Keep all documentation related to the fraudulent transactions, including any emails or messages from Flipkart, the transaction history of your credit card, and any communication you've had with SBI's customer service team. This documentation will be important in proving that the transactions were fraudulent.

2. Contact SBI again: Call SBI customer service again and explain your situation in detail. Ask them to provide more information about why the dispute was not in your favour and ask what other steps you can take to resolve the issue.

3. File a dispute with SBI in writing: If you haven't done so already, send a written dispute to SBI outlining the fraudulent transactions and the steps you've taken so far. Be sure to include all relevant documentation.

4. File a complaint with the RBI: If you don't receive a satisfactory response from SBI, you can file a complaint with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). You can do this online through the RBI's Sachet portal.

5. File a complaint with the police: You've already filed a complaint on the Cybercrime portal, which is a good step. You can also file a complaint with the police in your area. Be sure to provide them with all relevant documentation and information.
Thank You
