Informing about the extra marital affairs of a husband to his wife is comes under blackmailing?
A.Hello Sir,
If someone is threatening the husband that he will tell his(husband) wife that he is having extramarital affair and asking for money or some favors by saying that he will not disclose his secrets then it is a blackmailing.
