Apartment parking issues

At the entrance of the gate where there is no parking people in our apartment are parking cars and not allowing my car to get inside where my parking is allotted i have to ld them many times but they are not listening to us

You can file a complaint in a local police department saying that you are getting restrained from parking your car in allocated parking area and you are facing lots of issue. If they didn't listen to your plea then file a suit in court about the same.
