Chit fund case Chit fund case

Sir, I had invested some money for purchase of 5 kothas of plots in Siliguri as advertised by Vibjyor Co (Moon Tree) in the year 2013 which turned out to be a chit fund co. I then filed a complaint application in the consumer court through some lawyer at Kolkata lower court who did not take enough interest and got dismissed on frivolous ground recently. Please advise whether any relief can be expected from higher court given the fact that West Bengal is mired in biggest chit fund case in the country on which CBI is unable to come with conclusive investigation reports so far.Thanks.
