Chapter case against me

One family beaten me at housing society & i didn't hit them, due to other society member prevent me to do & hold my hand. Then i went to lodge a complaint against them at local police station.next day they filed counter complaint against me.

A.Hi client,
You have to counter both the cases. If you have enough evidences to prove your point, then their case can be dismissed. You can also go for qashing of FIR in the High Court.
