Court orders for repair permission

Hi,
Few years before we had applied for permission for repair of house . We are tenant. The court have granted permission as the opponent didn't appear.
1. Can we construct kitchen and a new wall. Or only do repairs?
2. Do I again have to take permission for local muncipal authority for repairs?

Since you have the order from the Hon'ble Court, you need not seek permission again but intimate the Municipality Authorities to be in the safe side.
