Heavy deposit rent agreement now the house is under auction

I have rented house for 3 years at heavy deposit 5.5 lakh and the owner is absconded and not paying his emi Because of which bank has given us notice to vacant the flat. Please help me what around I do. I have not got my money yet

Bank cannot evict you as tenant on lapse of loan as first bank has to take possession of property under Sarfesi Act than for physical possession they have go through the eviction procedure in court.
Even anyone from bank threaten you or manhandle file a police complaint against bank as bank cannot force you to evict the house.
