Meri shadi k 3month baad hi mere in laws walo ne mujhe torcher Krna start kr diya tha toh meine police complaint ki thi toh mere husband mujhe Gujarat le gye the jha woh job krte the but wha par b usne mujhe torcher hi Kiya toh me aapne parents k ghr aa gyi . Ab mere husband ne mere par court case Kiya hai hindu marriage act 9. Woh mujhe Gujarat rkhna chahte hai but Punjab hi rukna hai. Because marrige se phele hi decided tha k mein Punjab hi rhugi.
A.Sec 9 of hindi marriage Act not bind you to go to Gujarat. Because sec 9 of hindi marriage Act talks about the Restitution of conjugal rights that states that in a situation where a husband or wife withdraws from the society of the other spouse without giving them any reasonable cause then the other spouse has the remedy to file a petition before a district court for restitution of conjugal rights. If the court is satisfied that the statements presented in the petition are true and there is no legal bar in granting the remedy of restitution then the court may pass the decree of restitution of conjugal rights.
