i've submitted medical documents but when am asking for relieving letter and experience and compensation they are telling me to pay the bond amount 2laks
A.Dear Client
If they have fired you then they should not be asking for the bond amount You need to check your terms and conditions of the employment as well as the bond that you would have signed.

A.Hello Sir,
If you have signed a bond with them that if they fired you then you will pay them the amount of bond, then yes you have to pay the amount and if you haven't signed it then you don't have to pay it.
In case the organization is not providing the relieving letter format, follow the pointers:
1.Drop an email mentioning your concerns in a polite way. Mention your tenure and if required, specify your reporting manager.
2.Mark the mail to the HR team and higher authorities in case the matter doesn’t solve.
3.Make sure you have completed all the formalities with the organization. If not, ask for any pending formalities which might block the process.
4.Save payslips and screenshots of your job profile in case you do not get the letter. Also, try to convince your next employer about a bank statement and other proof you can provide.
