My relatives had a pending amount with one of Construction company and they told me to send your account number and adhar card.
He said that I have to ask for money from somewhere.
20000 something amount came into my account, But at the same time another PF account of mine was opened.
When I talked to him, then the Construction company issued me a letter of non-employment, And PF account has also been exited by the construction company..
It will be create a problem in future when I will join a new IT company.

A.Dear Client
Its common sense that one should not accept funds from someone else's company as that is not legal and fund/salary should be credited to the account of the employee only. Since the company has opened a PF account for you hence in the background verification it will show that you were employed and then the new company will ask you to get a relieving letter from the same.
You need to take care of that situation else the new company will terminate you after joining.
