Aman needs to give 13750 to his/her spouse and legal heirs. Is it possible that a person Aman transfers the right of receiving money from borrower to his/her spouse or legal heirs so that the spouse or legal heir can ask money from borrower who is working in a company as hr manager and receive money in their bank account directly without taking money from Aman and without anything in exchange between Aman and his/her spouse and legal heirs.

I want to ask that if person A gives loan to person B THEN, CAN PERSON A GIVE THE LEGAL RIGHT OF RECEIVING THE DIRECT PAYMENT OF LOAN AT THE TIME OF MATURITY TO A's SPOUSE OR LEGAL HEIRS LEGALLY. I know we can sell our sundry debtors to anyone. But in this situation person a is not getting anything in return , he is only gifting the right to receive the loan maturity amount directly to spouse and legal heirs. Is it possible ? Without exchanging ? And which document is needed legally ?

A.Dear client
If Aman wants this kind of an arenagement then he needs ro have a tripartite agreement executed by himself, borrower and his legal heir and then money can be transferred as desired.
