In a 120 year old building ground floor and land is mine first floor belong to my cousin. As instructed by the corporation building is demolished. Can I build both floors as land is mine

I think you have to give him money for his flat which was earlier there or you can get a NOC from him and then you can build up the building on that land.

If afloor Belonged to your cousin legally then it means that he too had UDS in the land, depending upon how he acquired the floor
If that be the case then in the new construction he too will have a right
