Service Matter Service Matter

I, Raj Kumar Sharma, have been working in a Govt. deptt. as LDC since. 30.12.1993. In 2013 I was assigned additional charge of Personal Assistant as the then Personal Assistant Mr. Manoj Kumar had gone to other deptt on deputation basis. Since, then I have been working in the capacity of Personal Assistant. Now Mr. Manoj Kumar has resigned from service and I will have to work on this post in permanent nature. Am I eligible for the pay scale of Personal Assistant on the basis of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" ?. Kindly clarify.

A.Dear client, if someone works at higher post , some officiating allowance is given to that employee, and whenever process of next promotion initiates if the confidential report of employees are upgraded, then they are often promoted. When one is promoted then the question of equal pay starts. For details, pl. contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com
