Does Succession Certificate is applicable for Flat and Farm Transfer purpose?
Does Succession Certificate decides eligibility for Family Pension?
If a person denies for second marriage and children from second marriage in a judgement then In Succession Certificate case can second Wife and her children can be considered as successors?

A.Succession certificate is applicable on account of inheritance of any movable or immovable property.
The entitlement of family income cannot be decided by succession certificate. The second wife has the same right over the property provided that the marriage is legal and the children are the legal heir.
