EWS certificate issue EWS certificate issue

I live in rent with my family in Gorakhpur and my father has permanent home in Ballia district. My mother is the source of my family's income. Some are saying that since the name of my father is there in the khatauni of ballia, so income certificate and residential proof can be issued in the name of my father only. Please, tell me the whole process of applying for EWS certificate. Can I use resident proof of my father of Ballia and income certificate in the name of my mother with her income mentioned, for this purpose?
